1. What is thejohnnyshop? We started small in early 2005 on eBay, on which we still maintain a shop. Noticing the price of condoms in the supermarket, we thought we could do a better job than the supermarkets, and this is our stab at it.
The legal name of thejohnnyshop is Way Forward (Shop) Ltd and we are registered in England & Wales under number 554169 2. Can I contact you? You can use the "Contact us" link on the site, or alternatively you can email us at websales@thejohnnyshop.co.uk.
You may also phone us on 0161 408 5859. 3. How do I pay and are my details secure? We use Paypal for all our payment processing. You do not need actually require to have a Paypal account to pay us. You can either use your Paypal account if you have one, or pay by regular debit/credit like you would on any other site.
Paypal is 100% secure and thejohnnyshop does not require or retain your credit card details as any part of your order. Our checkout process is all handled securely by Paypal, which is different from most online stores. 4. How will the payment appear on my card statement? All payments will appear on your card as "PAYPAL WAY FORWARD" 5. Do you ship internationally? No - Sorry at present we only ship to the UK. We are working on accepting international orders. 6. How are the items despatched? Will it be obvious what I am ordering? All items are despatched in a secure brown padded mailer. No one will know what you are ordering. Our service is 100% discrete. 7. When will my order be despatched? All orders received before 11PM GMT will be despatched the next day. 8. How long will delivery take? Delivery should be expected to take 3-5 working days from the date of despatch, but most orders typically arrive the day after despatch. In the event an item is out of stock we will part ship your order and let you know when the remaining part should be expected. 9. If there is a problem with my order, how will you contact me? For discretion reasons, we will ALWAYS contact you by email ONLY.
